What everyone here has in common is:
It’s more than another professional label. “Designer” is the one who brings creations and changes for social cause. Meanwhile, we cause the “designer” changed by our personality and thoughts. It made the identity matter as well as individuals, both of which are important to us.

1. What makes you want to be a designer and what’s next plan for your future development?
The freedom of "Thought, Conscience & Ideas" are the self-matrix, which is the indispensable condition of every other form of freedom. Designer is the profession that apply ourselves to create and achieve a better story and habitat for humanity.
Being a designer for years, makes me realized that "the future of humanity could be no future at all". Whether it is true or not, I‘m still willing to make design as an approach to the freedom of "Speech & Expression". That’s taking me further for learning by doing, growing up and being true to myself.
As we advance in life we understand the limits of ourselves. But I still hope that my personal improvements and efforts to design would let us closer to this freedom of vision. And those thoughts as the sustainable way to keep my mind being fresh every day.
2. As a designer, what’s your understanding about “design” ? And do you think those understandings would influence your design work?
The most important aspects of design are hidden as their simplicity of protection and familiarity of reflection. This design thinking deeply influences my design works by making me more concentrate on abstract, self expressive, inspirational , metaphorical and evocative expressions.
3. Based on your design experience, do you have any thoughts you’d share with other designers or anyone who are interesting in design?
Design likes a dynamic journey that consists of our thinking (from i-subject) then the activities (to i-object), and this endless journey is only for one purpose: to make something be better, over and over again.

1. What makes you want to be a designer and what’s next plan for your future development?
A few years ago, I realized that I am an artist, rather than a designer. My creations came from the inner me. The mission is not only to solve problems in life by design but also to create new values and perspectives.
2. As a designer, what’s your understanding about “design” ? And do you think those understandings would influence your design work?
Design is about mastering the art of inner balance. This aesthetics grows with the realization of the 'true' beauty resides in asymmetrical balance. It push our mind over the edge of feeling, like gravity cracks the silence of space, to create the tension in between positive and negative space.
3. Based on your design experience, do you have any thoughts you’d share with other designers or anyone who are interesting in design?
In the words of linguist and anthropologist Mary C. Bateson:
"The human species thinks in metaphors and learns through stories"
Design is a narrative metaphor which help us to better understand abstract concepts. As a good designer who need to be a good storyteller, with diverse perspectives is becoming imperative. In additional to design, we also have to keep studying about art, philosophy or food knowledge as well. No matter how good or bad of a story it is, which is also an immersive story behind.

1. What makes you want to be a designer and what’s next plan for your future development?
To have a more independent job is the most curial reason why I want to be a designer. I do have the self-struggle when I’m ready to work. Meanwhile, I went through a long period of confusion. After I was influenced by some person, I found that I could learn a lot, so I didn’t have think “What am I doing?”. I strive to be the best at what I do. This is my personality and attitude toward design. “Do my Best” is the biggest goal in my life. How about the short-term goal? When I finished that, I’ll say: “ Hey, I got it.”
2. As a designer, what’s your understanding about “design” ? And do you think those understandings would influence your design work?
In my opinion, design is a science of balance. It is not only the balance of visual expression, but also the balance of designers’ and clients’ preferences. The balance is not 50/50, but the RIGHT. With the enough strength and confidence, your work could represent your personality. It’s not narcissism. Your work could recognize who you are.
3. Based on your design experience, do you have any thoughts you’d share with other designers or anyone who are interesting in design?
There are no shortcuts to becoming a designer. If you want to be a DJ, you need to listen to more songs and form your own library. See, think and learn. Design is to extract your understanding from life.

1. What makes you want to be a designer and what’s next plan for your future development?
To be a designer, it’s more than be a creator, but also an observer in addition to a thinker. In order to accountable for our faith and freedom, it is important that you have the capability to change rather than put this requirement on someone else’s shoulder. That’s why I would like to be a part of this improvement journey, to be a designer, who could choose to make a difference, even a tiny one.
Making design more relevant to our daily life, close to everyone’s inside needs, that’s gonna to be my further consideration.
2. As a designer, what’s your understanding about “design” ? And do you think those understandings would influence your design work?
Design likes an invisible hands, which brings an influence rather than a change. It’s never only about a beautiful piece of work or an easy to use object, but a structure that contains time, space, participator’s activities, as well as unpredictable elements. That’s why the necessity of design is essential to me. The initial question would be why do we design rather than how do we design.
It leads my design would more concentre on the “human value”, to communicate rather than to make design as a direct instruction.
3. Based on your design experience, do you have any thoughts you’d share with other designers or anyone who are interesting in design?
Design is a fruit of a complex combination of conceptual knowledge and emotional expression. However, as it very relate to human, sometimes the impact of design is hidden into the unexplained human behaviors: the instinct, the human nature, the subconscious, etc. Therefore to catch the irrational would be a one of essential moments in design.

1. What makes you want to be a designer and what’s next plan for your future development?
As for me, design is something that happens naturally. From the interests of childhood to the selection of university major, I always choose what I liked. Compared with other majors, visual design is more powerful in execution and control over its own works. At the same time, the field of visual design is wider and more varied. I like this freshness.
I like to do things without time planning, but I have a sense of urgency. Everything is changing, and I want to keep innovating. I hope to create my own character project these years and and perfect her.
2. As a designer, what’s your understanding about “design” ? And do you think those understandings would influence your design work?
Design is the process of thinking and creating with definite purpose. The expressive technique of different designer is diversity. As for me, using fewer symbols, words and elements to express more information is very crucial. A designer need to think about the value about his work.
When you keep looking at your project in different point of view, you can't help but want to improve it. Even if it's a small matter, don't put him off. This will not lose interest of design.
3. Based on your design experience, do you have any thoughts you’d share with other designers or anyone who are interesting in design?
When you have an idea and work on it, and then you release it. In this press, you have to think about why you chose it.
4. Share one things ( a book/ music/ menu/ movie/ dish…) that inspired you most recently?
Recently, I finished "The Crowd: A Study of the Popular Mind", "Apologia Socratis", and the movie "Memories Of Murder". After finished that, I did not recall the whole story or classic quotes, but I gained a new understanding of democracy, freedom, truth and humanity. What I want to share is that you must be learn to think while watching a movie or book.
